This is such a landmark year! It’s been twenty-five years since I published my very first novel, marking a career spanning a quarter of a century! Almost all my books have been published by Harlequin, so it’s fitting that I would have the privilege of writing a special novel for their big 75th anniversary. When I was in high school, their stories brought me so many hours of delicious escapism, and they’ve continued to bring me joy throughout my life.
This book is also special because it completes my popular Whiskey Creek series. There’s one Amos brother who’s been waiting to have his story told—Grady—so I’m excited to finally bring him his happily-ever-after. Although this book also stands alone, if you’d like to read the rest of the series, it goes like this: When Lightning Strikes, When Snow Falls, When Summer Comes, Home to Whiskey Creek, Taking Me Home for Christmas, Come Home to Me, The Heart of Christmas, This Heart of Mine, A Winter Wedding and Discovering You.
